No. 1 Glaze Ball Clay is a high kaolin bearing selection with extremely low levels of carbon content. It provides excellent suspension to all types of glazes, especially glazes containing a high percentage of frit which has soluble alkali. No. 1 Glaze provides viscosity control range and excellent rheoloey for all glaze application methods.
