Paragon kilns are built to be dependable. They are loaded with attention to details, such as the costly nickel-plated copper wire with high temperature glass-braided insulation. Wires are fastened to the elements with heat-dissipating connectors refined and proven over many years in Paragon kilns.
Caldera-S You can fire silver clay, china, ceramics and glass in paragon's Caldera kilns. These kilns make make glass compatibility and glaze color tests fast and easy. With a seperate top and bottom they are stackable and portable.
E Series You can create breathtaking jewelry or small keepsakes using almost any medium imaginable in the portable E-series. If you are having trouble deciding on a kiln, buy a small E-Series and experiement with different techniques. Then you will know what kind of larger kiln you want and have the E-series for testing glazes. No extra stand is needed as the built-in base stays cool even during extended holds.
Q-11A This kiln fires rapidly to 2350°F. You can use it to create jewelry or small keepsakes with almost any medium you can imagine: enameling, china painting, glass, lost wax casting, ceramics, stoneware, and porcelain. Since the kiln opens from the front instead of the top, it is ideal for copper enameling.
S Series Kilns These kilns operate without electronics or timers, they use infinite control switches to adjust heat output. These switches have been proven reliable over many years of kiln production. A Dawson Kiln Sitter with Limit Timer comes standard on S-series. The Kiln Sitter shuts off the kiln at the end of firing: the Limit Timer is a safety back-up.
