Duncan French Dimensions Glazes

French Dimensions is a stand up dimensional glaze for raised design effects, such as dots, stripes, squiggles and outlines, over and under nonmoving glazes and over each other.


Tips and Techniques


  • French Dimensions is often used for simulated stained glass and contemporary slip trailing techniques. Create design on greenware or soft fire bisque; stilt and fire to shelf cone 04. Fill design with various glaze colors; stilt and fire to shelf cone 06.
  • Use in combination with other glazes for intriguing looks.
  • Use to create lace effects, outlines, lettering and dots.
  • French Dimensions is overglaze compatible.
