Kemper Tools

Kemper Tools are handcrafted tools for the Ceramic Arts that are made in the USA. Starting in 1947, Jack Kemper made his first ceramic tool in his garage in California at the request of a friend. Today, Kemper MFG is owned by Herb Stampfl, who oringally started working at Kemper as an engineer. The company resides in Chino, California and they have expanded their tool line into tools for other markets besides ceramics. Kemper still stands for quality tools, superior service and affordable prices. Their focus is still in bringing you new innovative art tools to craft the hand of the artist.
