Description
The Brent CXC is a heavy-duty wheel for the potter requiring strong, consistent performance. It features all-steel construction, a tough 1 hp permanent magnet DC, 10 amp motor, a new digital PWM control, which automatically adjusts torque and speed based on load while delivering superior pedal response, 14" cast and machined wheel head with removable bat pins, a heavy 1/4" steel table with powder coated legs (new in 2006) for greater durability and improved scratch resistance and corrosion control. The 8-groove poly-v drive belt provides the best combination of power and efficiency and electronic speed control assures maximum torque and smooth response. Automatic belt tensioning keeps belt tight for maximum performance. The Brent CXC wheel can center up to 100 lbs of clay. The powerful, cast aluminum foot pedal delivers smooth control and speed range of 0-240 rpms. Splash pan and 14" Plasti-bat included.
